Taking a classic historical event as inspiration, we build a cohesive show that tells you the forgotten story of history - the one that never made into the history books or your high school classroom. What happened to the losers, the forgotten, the insane, or the ordinary folks who build our whacky world of today? We'll show you how the world was built in ways you can't possibly imagine!
Pull up a chair as the Clarissa Explained Nothing performers tell you 100% true stories about their lives, pick out the weirdest, craziest bits and create fast and funny improv for your viewing pleasure. What’s the point in having awkward personal stories if you can’t make fun of them? Nothing is off limits because that’s how Clarissa would want it.
Disappearing Inc. is what happens when one improviser --inspired by an audience suggestion -- jumps to the front of the stage and shares a real life and totally true story about themselves. Then three close friends enter the mix and perform their own unique and unrehearsed versions of that same story for the amusement of the audience. Recent DCH grads Lindsay, Brent, Ryan and Todd will gladly bare their souls for a laugh or two and are not afraid of spilling a little Disappearing Inc to create a fun show.
